I’ve worked with hundreds of women and families, helping them transform their relationship with food and their bodies with compassion and thoughtful guidance.

When we start working together…

I will get to know you - your concerns, background and what you are hoping to change.

I’ll ask you about your health history, your life around foods including what you eat, emotional challenges and eating habits. I listen carefully, and then I will give you my overall assessment which is the starting point that guides our work together. We’ll continue building on that foundation .

I will break things down into doable steps that make sense for your life and lead to real, lasting change.

How we eat is never just about food.

Right behind what you eat are the layers of your life and your relationship to food. We’ll talk about your experiences with food—because that’s many times where shifts begin.

You have your own story, and in this work, you will be seen. Your experiences and your feelings matter, and they’re always respected here.

Transforming Health

I will teach you how to build meals and snacks that support your goals.

I’ll give you plan based on what you like to eat and how you actually live. There are no cookie-cutter handouts, and I don’t teach through calorie counting. I teach you how to feed yourself with confidence—so you’re not dependent on a plan forever.

You will learn how to nourish yourself in different situations, whether at home, work, when eating out, ordering in or in a social situations or family gathering. I will be there as your guide to help keep you on track.

There’s a lot of nutrition information coming at us, and it can feel overwhelming.

Part of my job is to help you sort through it and focus on what really matters—through quality food choices, cooking methods and thoughtful supplementation when appropriate.

Clients often describe me as “a tremendous resource,” “a nonjudgmental listener,” and “a professional who truly cares.” Many have told me that I help them get “out of the overwhelming minutiae and into action” with a clear, step-by-step, results-focused plan.
